Music for Manifesting can be a powerful and fun tool to help you get what you want. I started putting affirmations to music quite early on in my spiritual journey. Continue reading “Music for Manifesting”

For probably the first time ever, we left for our holiday in El Gouna at the planned time of 3 pm. Our flight was at 9 am on Friday morning, so MSP booked a hotel at Gatwick on Thursday evening.

I’ve talked a lot about how I fight fear and imposter syndrome recently in my Happiness blog posts, free guide to Unlimited Self-Esteem and in my online course Happiness Club for Unlimited Self-Esteem. I have experienced fear a lot over the past few years, both in my day jobs and in Happiness Club. I think fear is the biggest thing that holds me back in all areas of my life. Fear still regularly shows up in my life, but it is getting easier to recognise it and deal with it. In this blog post I talk about some other techniques I use to fight fear.

It’s been nearly five years since I stopped taking anti-depressants after being on them for twenty-six years. I still have times when I feel depressed and hopeless but luckily those times are much less frequent and pass more quickly. There are rare instances when I feel hopeless to the point of suicidal. Thankfully these only happen very occasionally, and they pass very quickly.

Dealing with difficult people can be a challenge at the best of times, whether that be with family, friends, colleagues or even management. In this blog post, I share my tips for dealing with difficult people.

As Blue Monday approaches, I want to write an article about beating the January blues. I often find that January can be a depressing time. For me this is usually for a few reasons. Firstly, I find it can be depressing going back to work after a break. Overindulging in sugar, carbs, and alcohol during December and over the festive period has a knock-on effect on my physical and mental health. This year we have the added worry of the cost-of-living crisis. Plus, the weather doesn’t help. In this blog post I share my tips on beating the January blues.

Ironically since I launched Happiness Club for Unlimited Self-Esteem, it seems as though lots of things have gone wrong. I had a relapse of depression. My boyfriend Andy, aka Mr Sexy Pants (MSP), and I had a few issues and nearly split up! I had problems in my day job. My low self-esteem/self-worth issues reared their ugly head. I recently recorded a Tapping for Anxiety video for my Happiness Club YouTube channel. This is a basic Thought Field Therapy (TFT) Tapping sequence that can help with anxiety, fear, worry and phobias. Try it out and let me know how you get on with it.
It should help with anxiety in the moment, but you might need to book a one-to-one session for more deep-seated anxiety. The video also includes a mini sequence at the end. This mini sequence can be used in the moment if you don’t have time to do the whole thing.
The Tapping for Anxiety sequence will work for most phobias, although the sequence for phobia of spiders uses a different algorithm.

When I was single, I never ceased to be amazed by men sending me pictures of their bits. I’ve been in a relationship for over six years now but my single, and recently single friends, tell me bit pics are still very much a thing. I do not want to see pictures of my boyfriend’s bits, let alone a random stranger from Tinder or Plenty of Fish.
