Interview about mental health with Suffolk User Forum on Radio Suffolk

On Tuesday evening I had the privilege of being interviewed on Radio Suffolk’s Tuesday Night Takeover show about mental health with Jon Wright and Suffolk User Forum. I spoke of how my spiritual and Buddhist practices have helped me to overcome depression. Turn off your phone

How often do you turn off your phone? Or at least turn off notifications? I find there are two benefits of doing this. Firstly, I am much more productive. Secondly, life is much more peaceful.
