Feeling Fabulous at 50

I have high hopes for turning 50. People say that childhood is the Happiest time of your life, but I think it’s the opposite for me. The older I get, the Happier I get.
As I get older, the less I give a flying f*ck what others think. I’d love to reach the point where I give zero f*cks, but I’m not quite there yet.
I was talking to Regan, one of the Happiness Club tribe, about this shortly before I turned 50. She mentioned that she was “creeping closer to 40” and said she was “wondering what the hell she’d just done with the previous decade and feeling lost about how the hell to do the next one”.
This got me thinking about how we can make the most of a big birthday and use it as a time for reflection and goal setting. It’s always useful to reflect on what we’ve achieved and make plans for the future and a milestone birthday is a particularly good time to do that.
