I recently recorded a Tapping for Anxiety video for my Happiness Club YouTube channel. This is a basic Thought Field Therapy (TFT) Tapping sequence that can help with anxiety, fear, worry and phobias. Try it out and let me know how you get on with it.
It should help with anxiety in the moment, but you might need to book a one-to-one session for more deep-seated anxiety. The video also includes a mini sequence at the end. This mini sequence can be used in the moment if you don’t have time to do the whole thing.
The Tapping for Anxiety sequence will work for most phobias, although the sequence for phobia of spiders uses a different algorithm.
