I want to share my experience of Tapping for Self-Esteem. From what I’ve seen low self-esteem is one of the biggest things holding us back. It manifests as fear, worry, anxiety, depression, procrastination, a need for approval, judgement, undue concern about what others think, imposter syndrome and much more. This issue has come up for me time and time again over the last year and I’m determined to beat this once and for all.
It is one of the biggest things holding me back with Happiness Club. This week I started a new role at work – a promotion. This caused all my fears and insecurities, particularly imposter syndrome, to come up once again. I have been working on my self-esteem for many years and I see this as the next layer of the onion to be peeled away. It has come into the light for healing.
Imagine my delight when I came across a Tapping sequence for self-esteem while I was reading my course material. I thought I would make a video and share it in the hope it might help others.
